I know that if I get in touch, I will receive a reply within 10 minutes, no matter of the time or day. They never make me feel like a bother.
The cover they provide is especially good. I have insured all four of our family cars under Novo, even though only one of them is a Tesla, I have that much faith in the service they provide.
Before Novo, I used to live in dread of insurance, but not with Novo.
